Granted the idea of quick weight loss is appealing, however there are several factors to think about before going through an extreme diet program. You are probably not going to follow a quick diet program the rest of you life, and the minute you quit it, your weight will increase again. Not only is this irritating but yo-yo dieting can harm your body. Therefore healthy weight loss plans will still be the best.

For the most part quick dieting as a way of weight loss is not a good idea but there are a few instances when it could be used. If someone truly has no time then they need a quick diet like if they are due for heart surgery but are a little overweight. The doctor might recommend a quick weight loss diet so that they can lose the few necessary pounds before the doctors operate.
Although this would be a life saving diet it would only be a temporary fix. For results that are going to last one should not use this diet. If you want to accomplish the task of not only dropping the weight but keeping it off then you should avoid it and stick to healthy weight loss plans. They are expensive and do not work. To drop the unwanted pounds you need to approach weight loss the traditional and efficient way.
