By avoiding any type of drugs can help you avoid high blood pressure. You can also stay away from high blood pressure when you stay away from alcohol consumption.
You may need to find a way to release the stress in your life. You may look into yoga to relax you with meditation or a biofeedback.
Knowing what your body mass index is can help you reduce high blood pressure also. By eating properly and exercising it should help get it under control and the average body mass index reading is suppose to be 25 to in a healthy range.
Taking care of your body is one of the toughest tasks we deal with on a daily basis but we all have to do it or we will not get to see everything that we want in the future. So keep your regular appointments with your physician so you can avoid high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, and cancer. Once you feel that you have control of your health you need also look at your well being as a whole, sometimes you need keep every aspect of your health in check no matter what other say.
