In the vast majority of cases health insurance won't cover the cost as it is usually seen as a cosmetic surgery rather than a medical one. Because of this you will be looking at cost of around $4000 all the way up to $10000.
If you are looking at losing man breasts then I would highly recommend you try all the other methods available to you before opting for surgery. Surgery does work but as it cost so much and is only required in a low number of cases I would advise it only as a last resort.
