In order to see great results, you have to use your time efficiently. If your goal is to get leaner and lose fat, why waste time on wrist curls? You want to spend your time on exercises that will yield the highest results.

Full-body workouts can help you achieve your goals faster than popular isolated exercises. The powerful kettlebell exercises can also be performed with standard weights or body weight, these include dips, pull-ups, and squats. Using heavier weight can also improve your results with these exercises.
The following is a couple workouts that can deliver great effects. During these exercises, using heavier weights can improve your results and increase your muscle and power.
Workout 1
1a: Deadlift (5x5)
B1: Weighted Pull up-3 sets of 5 reps
2-2: Weighted Dip 3x5
C1: Hanging Leg Raise-3x10
3-2: Kettlebell,Dumbbell Swing 3x20
Workout 2
1-1: Bench Press 5x5
2a: Double Kettlebell or Barbell Clean and Jerk (3x6)
2-2: Renegade Row 3x6
3a: Kettlebell or Dumbbell Get-up (Right Arm)
3b: Kettlebell or Dumbbell Get-up (Left Arm)
4-1: Jump-rope intervals 10 Mins
For a month, use Workout A and B every three days a week. This routine combined with a good diet and one or two cardio sessions will yield improved strength and rapid fat loss. Using these full-body exercises will hit all the muscles that would be hit with muscle specific workouts.
Using these exercises will save time because they target the same workouts that isolated exercises do. This allows you to build a great body in half the time that most magazine workouts require. Kettlebells, and similar full-body exercises, can give you more bang for the buck.
